Islands Feral Cat Project has a website that delightfully shows you in pictures how old your wee one is. Kittens open their eyes at 1-2 weeks, baby teeth at 2 weeks, and really get their feet under them at around 4 weeks. Your kitten should never leave Mom before 8wks.

If she was born a year ago, then she is twelve months or one year old; it's pretty simple really.

Given that your cat was born a year ago it is more than likely safe to hazard a guess that the kitten is now a one year old adult cat.

If your cat was born a year ago, that would mean she is one year old. Usually once they are over a year, they are no longer considered kittens.
