An age 15 teen can get a learner's permit in Florida, but the full driving license is not given until the learner has had the permit for a year. If this teen drives a year under adult supervision and passes the driving test, he/she would be sixteen at test completion.

18 years old if you meet the requirements. You can get a learner's permit at the age of 15. At age 16 you can get an intermediate license.
