How often do I have to change the power steering fluid for my Honda Accord?

regular fluid should be changed every three years or 50,000 miles, "long life" type fluid should be changed every five years or 100,000 miles, though the work should be done by an authorized mechanic.

Honda normally doesn't give schedule for changing fluid. Rather that should be checked parallely while checking other fuels at 30000km or it should be checked if some steering movement noise comes.

Typically you can find this out in the owners manual. I think it's every couple year or when it starts to look burnt.
