3 lines. How to construct them. The points are ABC. Draw a perpendicular line AH from point A to line BC. From the midpoint of this perpendicular line AH draw a line that is parallel to BC. Repeat for the other points.

If the points are non-collinear (and this is very important), there can only be one. This is the point at the center of the triangle the 3 dots formed.
