I know there are English and Hebrew versions, but there must be versions in other languages. How many language-versions of the Talmud are there?

There's an abridged version in Dutch.

I know there are Russian, Spanish, and French translations, in addition to Hebrew and English. Both Talmud's (Babylonian and Jerusalem) were originally written in Aramaic.
