The little can of flaked light tuna with tomato and onion (Cloverleaf brand) that I just ate for lunch was 80 calories for 85 grams. In general, I find tuna to be low-calorie, provided that you don't mix it with huge globs of full-fat mayonnaise! For tuna salad, I use half-fat mayo and lots of finely-chopped celery.
