It really depends on where your cheeseburger is from and what you put on it. A McDonald's cheeseburger has 300 calories, and it's not really filling. If you make your own at home, you can choose lean meat burgers, skim milk cheese, low fat condiments and whole grain buns. Similar calorie count, but a whole lot healthier (tastier, too)!
