The normal temperature of canines is 101 degrees Fahrenheit. If the temperature gets to 99 degrees, the female is very close to whelping.

The gestational period or pregnancy length of a dog does not differ according to the breed. So the length your boxer is pregnant would be the same as any other dog. A dog is pregnant for 9 weeks.

in most boxers they are a week late i have had 3 litters with boxers all different dogs and they all delivered a week late
