It hardly takes 30 to 45 mins.. if the Ingredients are ready and you know the recipe you can cook withen 30 mins...

The pasta itself can be cooked first in boiling water for nine to eleven minutes. Once the lasagna is assembled, the whole dish is put into a 350 degree oven and baked for 45 minutes or until the cheese on top starts bubbling.

There are two ways to cook lasagna: You can boil the noodles before constructing the dish, or you can make your sauce really soupy and cook the lasagna covered in foil. Either way, layer noodles, sauce, and cheese until you get to the top. The top layer should be cheese. Add a layer of ricotta to uncooked noodles.

Kinds of lasagna noodles: 1. fresh - use without pre-boiling. 2. pre-cooked - look dried but use without preboiling as long as additional liquid is added to mixture. 3. dried - must be pre-boiled. Heat assembled lasagna until bubbling; 30 minutes - 1 hour. Check directions on noodle package.

Prepare the dish and cook for 30 mins at 200 in a conventional oven or 30 mins at 180 in a fan oven - serve with crusty bread to mop up the sauce - simples!!
