Tilework in a shower needs to set for at least 48 hours. You can carefully tip in to use the toilet but not the shower. You may want to use a friend or neighbor's bathroom for a couple of days. Maybe you should use this opportunity to go on a short two-day vacation.

Wait a minimum of 12 hours before using the shower after tiling and sealing it.If you have to have a shower before then cover the walls with plastic.

I would at least wait 12-20 hours. Or get a large piece of plastic, cut a small hole for the drain, put it over the tiles.

The wait time will vary depending on the type of grout that you used. Check the label to see how long before the grout can be exposed to water. Typically it will be a few days.
