Well if you are talking about Korath it is primarily based on how he choose his beliefs later on in his life and how they relate to christianity.

One way many people believe they are related is the start of the religions. Abraham who is in both books, had as son named Ishmael. Many people believe he was the start of the islamic religion. Another way they are related is the worship of God where in muslim religion his name is Allah which means God.

You should double check the spelling of your question. Instead of Korath, are you referring to the book the Koran? If so, it is a book of the Muslim people.
