Gray tile is easier to keep clean than black or white tile. Wipe it down with a damp cloth or sponge once a week and cleanser every three weeks.

I don't believe gray tile should be any different than red, green, blue, or yellow. The key is to keep it clean. That means wiping your floor up daily. A good old fashioned sponge mop and Mr. Clean keeps eveything fresh smelling and clean. Do not let water stay on the tiles. Dry to prevent mildew.
