How fast should a fullback be able to run?

Fullbacks in football aren't the fastest players on the team since they have to have a lot of upper body strength in order to double as a blocker. J. R. Niklos is known to be the fastest fullback with a 40 yard dash time just under four and a half seconds.

In my personnel opinion, the fullback should have some speed but the fullback it mainly in the game for short, power yardage.
