Cat's normally don't start to dramatically show their pregnancy until shortly before the birth of the kittens. If kitty starts to look fat then expect a litter in two weeks.

The gestation period for cats is 60-67 days. If you know the week she conceived, or the exact day, you can estimate from those dates. If you do not know, the best way to check is to have her examined by your veterinarian. Your veterinarian can give you a better estimate and do x-rays as well.

You can usually figure out the age of your cat by looking at its teeth. Older cats have more wear and tear on their teeth. Younger cats don't have all their adult teeth. This is a technique that your Veterinarian would use in determining age.
