Fairly, depending on the level of turbo parts you purchase. Customizing your car like this can be costly, we're talking upwards of 1000 - 2000 bucks.

It all depends on what parts you are looking for. The engine gasket will be about 180 bucks while the rear crankshaft seal is about 30 bucks.
