1.Gather all liabilities and receivables for that period. 2.The financial report will have a assets and a liabilities section. 3.If revenue exceeds expense, than a positive figure shown.

The first things you'll need are printouts of your Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet. This is what most people are interested in. Then you'll need to describe any changes from the prior year and other unusual occurences. For government agencies and banks there will be other specific requirements.
