When you wire a motor up you first want to make sure that you have the correct polarity. If you do not the engine will run in reverse or perhaps burn out. Then with this much horsepower it may require that you use 220 instead of the normal 110 which is used for smaller motors.
If there are no Labellings for wires of L there is a standard colour code in wire to match each individual L1,L2,L3 and N,with this electrician will wire it.
There should be 4 wires in total. Probably label 1,2, 3 and N. N is your grounded wire. Connect the 3 wires to their proper location. If you motor spins the wrong way you need to switch the wires. You N wire should attach to one of your other wires.
