Unfortunately there is no Super Saiyan 5 Goku. This is an urban legend that has circulated amongst Dragonball fans for over ten years. Toei, Funimation, and all other organizations involved in the production of the Dragonball series and games have confirmed that there is not now, nor have they any plans for, such a thing.

There's no Super Saiyan 5 Goku. It was a fake created by fans for the supposed Dragonball AF. The strongest Super Saiyan is Super Saiyan 4 Goku who showed up in Dragonball GT.
