The best way is to ask your carrier to unlock it for you, if they don't unlock it then you can check for unlock codes online. Each Motorola L7 has a different unlock code so it may take some time to generate.
If the phone is diplaying "unlock keypad" press menu and the press *.
If the phone is showing "Enter Unlock code" or "Enter SIM PIN" try with 1234 or the last 4 digits of your cellphone number.
Otherwise, call your cellphone provider.
