You should go to the doctor. however, you can take daily a supplement of vitamins and minerals, allow yourself to sleep a little bit more every day and try to eliminate stress as much as possible. if the headaches don't go away, you should try some anti inflammatory medicine, on prescription.

It depends how often this is occurring and how long it is lasting, and it depends on the type of headache. In the short run, it sounds like you need some sleep and some over the counter headache remedy, such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) or aspirin, or a combination like Excedrine. Try discussing your situation with the pharmacist at a drugstore.

Try increasing your water intake. Sometimes when we're dehydrated our body gives us these signals. If it's not better in a few days just call your health care provider. They can give you more detailed information.

It depends whether there are good reasons: if you are over-tired, you need to get some quality sleep. If you have recently stopped drinking coffee or cola drinks, this is caffeine withdrawal: either add caffeine or get more rest until your system adjusts. If you are getting sick, rest and see the doctor when you can.

Some basic lifestyle changes can go a long way to helping the problem, like drinking more water to alleviate dehydration that can cause headaches and exercising and spending time outdoors to increase energy levels. However, these symptoms might indicate a more serious disease, so if they persist, see a doctor.

Both can most effectively be treated with sleep and relaxation. Over-the-counter medication like Tylenol and Advil can help the headache, and drinking water can help with fatigue.
