You burn them. Unfortunately that will also kill the bush, but then again, that will take care of any other upkeep you would have to lavish on the plant. So, the first step is to become detached from your bush so as to proceed with a clear conscience.

Organic insecticides can be utilized. Combine two tablespoons of baking soda, one tablespoon of cooking oil, and a few drops of dish detergent with a quart of water. Spray bushes.
