Hydrocortisone cream (2% strength) is the best. You can either use the name brand or the store/generic brand. If this does not work, see a dermatologist.

Lemon juice will irritate it so do not use that. Try using callydryl with cortizone 10-plus over it. This will dry out the rash and the cortizone will re-moisturize it. If the rash is persistent and does not go away you should talk to your doctor. It could be something serious.

Lemon juice would be good for removing an oily substance that you might be having a reaction to. Since that's not working, your skin may just be dry. Try lotion.

Rashes are common and can be caused from using products that are not good for your skin. The way to get rid of rashes is with Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar.
