There is no easy way to track down a stolen GPS. The only possible way is to contact the company that made the GPS and ask them if they can track the GPS for you, but they will most likely not do it and it is a lot to go through for a GPS.

There isn't any real way to track it unless you placed a tracking device on the GPS before it was stolen.
