Limiting intake of diuretic beverages such as tea, coffee, or sugary beverages might help with frequent urination. Your doctor might also be able to prescribe you a medication to help with this symptom.

Frequent urination can be a symptom of many things ranging from diabetes to pregnancy. Sometimes it's as simple as maybe drinking too much soda, coffee, etc. If symptoms worsen or don't go away, see your doctor for an evaluation.

Mind your intake of foods and beverages that can cause frequesnt urination like caffine and high water-density foods like melon and light colored vegetables. If this doesn't help, contact your doctor. He can perscribe several different kinds of medications that will help with a sensitive bladder and can be taken descretly.

Frequent urination could be attributed to a serious medical condition. It could be prostate problems, or bladder control issues, among many other things. Your doctor will have lots of information for you, and would be the best person to talk to, as they can prescribe and recommend medications and other very useful tips.
