I would start selling your jewelry on etsy, shophandmade or other similar craft websites. You will want to check with your state regarding sales tax and your local government regarding any business licenses/requirements.

Networking is always a good way to start. List some of your jewelry for sale on a site like Etsy which is for talented home hand crafters and start with a list of customers who buy from you and also ask questions. Check out other sites and see if you can link up with them.
