How do you set up client trust accounts in Quickbooks?

I need to set up client trust accounts in Quickbooks.

Don't forget: you'll need an Other Current Liability account that offsets the Bank-type account that you set up as your Trust Checking acc't. These two balances should consistently match.

Setting up a client trust account in Quickbooks is exactly like setting up a bank account or credit account in quickbooks. Quickbooks will treat it the same, and so do you when balancing it. Once you've set it up name it what you want and mark it as a trust account for prepaid service.
