You can do that in some local famous banks.I recommend SWIFT business since it is very safe and fast, the procedure fee is also reasonable.

sending money to pakistan is quite easy,I send money to pakistan by online checks,western union,direct banking and most of the times by credit card.I also know about bank wire,but i have not used bank wire before,I also send by online banking,pay pal and alert pay which is always the simplest method

I send money to Pakistan by paying my taxes, since we are fighting a war over there. Our troops spend there, which stimulates their economy. Electronic transfer would also work.
