How do you rotate the wheels on roller blades?

Most roller blades come with an Allen wrench just for this purpose. If you set of roller blades did not come with one you can buy one from your local hardware store

rotate the wheels front back to front taking off the wheels is easy reomove the small bolt on the wheels and remove in my opinion just replacing the wheels is best

You should consult the owners manual to your roller blades. You could also go to a skate shop and ask an expert from there. They should also be able to tell you if your blades need to be rotated. You should also check some public forums and ask questions there.
