First turn the power off through the circuit breaker. Remove the bulb, take it off the wall and change the fixtures and sockets. Then hang back in place.
Make sure the power is off. Remove the bulbs. Dismantle the fixture and replace the sockets. Then reinstall the fixture components and insert the bulbs. Turn on the power and test for proper operation.
