Get some makeup remover, dab a bit on a wet paper towel and then just gentely pinch your eyelashes and rub it off.

Almost every makeup company has a makeup remover you can buy along with it. Alot of the time water and soap does't do the job and that is why these companies provide us with a solution.

Waterproof mascara has become a very useful item in a girls purse. Perfect for the beach and pool areas, nobody wants to look like a raccoon when stepping out of the water. Since water will not remove this miracle mascara the only solution is to use makeup remover or a drop of any non-perfumed lotion.
