Any set of locking lug nuts come with a sort of hex key that you use to unlock the nuts. You slip the key into the groves along the lug nuts and loosen them. Then you use a tire iron to take the nuts off the inside rim of the wheel one by one.

All locking lug nuts will come with a "key" of sorts, to remove them simply slot the "key" into the groves on the locking lug nut, then use a tire iron on the key.

Here in the tire shop when people lose their keys we just get a small spark plug socket that we pound snugly on the nut , insert ratchet, and back off. Works like a charm. i wanted to use all my allotted words so that is why i'm typing this.

Locking lug nuts are probably rusted on and will need to be cut off or burned off with a welder. Don't bother wasting your time with a wrench, there's no way you're going get through all the rust and corrosion. If you don't have a welder or high quality diamond saw, your local body shop will.
