If you do a search through Google, you will find sample questions and practice exams. You may be able to find prep books. (Not sure if you are referring to Component-Based Software Engineering or Central Board of Secondary Education (engineering) or Comprehensive Basic Sciences Examination (med students).

Make sure you have all material you need to study. Get a good nights sleep. Take notes they will be worth gold asyou get to the subjects that are hard to pass.
