You can write your name on the inside. Or my personal favorite bedazzle it with a design or the baby's name. I tie a ribbon on one of the straps

There are many ways to do this. Hang a special toy outside of the bag on the handle. Paint the bag with fabric paint with animals or baby things. Copy a picture of your child and decoupage it on the bag.
