The best answer is to just answer everything truthfully. If you need psychological help, it is best to allow the doctors to help you. There is no write or wrong.

If there are multiple choice questions or "yes or no" questions, choose the answer that seems to be the most socially acceptable. Select an answer that is closest to the kind of answer that an authority figure would choose. Think to yourself, "How would a police officier answer this question?"

In general don't say anything that sounds "crazy" or to aggressive, be honest and "real" but don't be nervous or jittery, a psych exam is just about as much as you twitch and your facial expressions as your actual answers.

The best advice I can give is to be completely honest. These tests are designed to weed out liars by asking the same question several times in many variations.
