You need a change of scenery to overcome such a block. Step away from your work and get out of your office or home. Usually it helps people to walk around in nature or in their city.
You need to do things to stimulate your mind. Try stress-relieving activities such as exercising, taking a vacation, or reading a book. Carry a small noepad with you and write down ideas as they come.
A creative block can be diminished by taking a long walk, changing where the person is working or by redecorating the work space, taking a long drive or a vacation, and talking to others about the problem.
