I have honestly never seen anyone move an item with their mind and i don't know if it really is true that it can be done. I heard that in orer to do it, it takes extreme concentration, but i highly doubt it is possible.
Unfortunately, telekinesis (or more accurately psychokinesis) cannot be trained. If you don't have it innately, then only secret government experimentation, which hasn't been developed yet, can grant the ability.
