Measure the chair, get a pattern. Or use fabric and ribbon. Drape the fabric over the chair, tucking and folding to make it look nice, tie it with the ribbon.
I pulled the padded seats off by unscrewing them and then unstapling the existing covers, cutting a piece of fabric that matched the one that was removed and restapled it.
