How do you make paper hats?

You could either make the typical cone hat. Draw a circle and put a slit in it. Tape the two ends together. OR you could papermache half of a balloon. Let it dry and decorate it.

paper hats very easy projects.I always use newpaper.Its best to do.first fold on center.2. fold left top to center line.and right top to center line.Its look like a diagonal .then fold the bottom edge to cover the previous folds.there u see left and right partway edge.just fold it little to center to your head size.now paper hat ready

Put a piece of paper around their heads. They can decorate it by coloring, using stickers keeping it flat till done. Then staple or tape the ends and shape it.
