How do you make a plastic lace keychain?

Get keychain, two pieces of craft lace cut 3 feet long. Bend two pieces in half, put through keychain, cross to form X. Loop one over ring in both directions to shape a figure eight. Thread piece two over nearest loop and through next loop; repeat with other and continue.

The best thing you can do for this is go to walmart they have the books to make all the different things out of the lacing or you can do a net search and get alot of good instruction there as well or you can check with your local craft store.

When my kids started doing it I went to my nearest craft store and bought a book that shows how to do it.

It is very simple to do.It's kinda like braiding.They now make a template to put the strands through so it is quick and easy.They have a kit at local craft stores or you can order it online.The kit comes with instructions and patterns.If you don't see any that you like you can always look online for patterns.

This is a easy craft, but the person must be able to use their hands. Cut 4 strands of plastic lace, tie a not at one end with all for. Get a piece of wood and a nail. Pound the nail in the wood and attach the lace, knot on the nai. Braid or make a box design.

Cut 2 pieces of the same length of plastic. Lay one down on top of the other making an X shape. Fold 2 strips of the same color over the center point side by side. Repeat with the other side and continue until desired length, tie knot and add keyring.
