Unfortunately, you can't make someone love you, or even like you. If they love you, it's because they want to. You could try doing nice and thoughtful things for him, letting him know that you love him is the first step.

There is no definite way to make someone love you. I would advise just getting to know the person and seeing if you share similar values.
