How do you know if an online business opportunity is legit?

I see a lot of offers but they all sound too good to be true.

If a "business opportunity" sounds "too good to be true," it probably isn't true. The primary benefit of these "secrets to riches" is to the principal of the enterprise that is collecting $39.99 to explain an online marketing network, which ultimately ALSO benefits the principal. If making millions online were that easy, we'd all be doing it.

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Online business opportunities that are legit usually pay significantly less than what you'd make offline.

Check with the better business bureau, and you can do this online. Also, do an online search for forums or comments relating to the business. Finally, be sure that there is a money back guarantee and that you adhere to the terms of the guarantee.

If it seems to good to be true it probably is. Often they require a lot of money to get in the system and it's hard to make it back.

Anything that sounds too good to be true is a false promise. All true income requires work or a high financial investment.
