There are free log's on the web which you can download/print out for your use. Try thetruckersplace. com. There is also software that can keep track of all of your info for you. The most important thing to do is be aware of the most current Hours of Service rules and, make sure that each day adds up to 24 hours.

You have to have the truckers write down time and mileage on a regular basis while they are driving and keep the engine time and mileage accurate while doing this.
