How do you install an outdoor TV antenna?

Well, sadly, unless you have a digital cable box, your antenna is no longer useful. For some reason the cable companies wanted this inconvenience.

You should be able to purchase one at Walmart where it would have instructions in the book. Follow the directions, you should go to the hightest point on your roof.

Outdoor television antennas usually come with installation brackets to attach to a roof. If yours doesn't, you need to make sure that it is firmly attached to the roof so that it doesn't fall off during a windstorm.

You need to run the antenna line from the TV to the outside of your house. The best place in the roof. There are antenna kits that give you all the pieces to attach it to the house.
