How do you install a radiator overflow tank?

Disconnect the hose between the radiator and overflow tank. Unbolt the tank. Remove it. Install a new tank and new overflow hose. Fill tank to proper level with antifreeze.

Measure the space available for the tank. Then get the proper size tank and the hardware to mount it. Drill holes to attach the hardware and secure the tank mounts.

find a flat area to place the overflow, run the overflow tube from the radiator and place it in the overflow container, and your done
