You need to give them a comfortable place to live. A large cage with plenty of straw or hay or grass. Feed them carefully. Depending on their size you may need to use an eye dropper. Don't hold the baby rabbits too tight as you may hurt them. Make sure they have plenty of warmth.

Baby rabbits have a very poor survival rate with their mother, and even less without. My recomendation would be to contact your local feed store and ask them for advice inregards to feeding them, keeping them warm, ect.
