You will need bills, a few plastic straws, a thin ribbon, and scissors. First cut straws into 1/4 inch sections. Then fold your ribbon in half and tie a knot at one end. Fold your bill in half lengthwise. Then do a "fan fold" widthwise. Put half of your folded bill between ribbon. Bead straw in ribbon to secure.

First you need to get a hawaian necklace, dollar bills, tape, ribbon, and some clear rubber band. Now, you fold your dollar bills into each crease for each side and repeat. Then, you get your rubber band and put it in the middle of your dollar bill.

You need strings and 1. 00 bills. Fold the bills lengthwise accordion style. Then pinch the bill (squishing the accordion)and tie a string around the pinched part, continue with more bills.
