There is a very small adjustment screw on the side of the motor directly next to the carb that can adjust the choke of the carb by allowing more or less fuel to flow during idling.

Usually only one set screw that can be adjusted, located on the side. Usually the air or fuel filter is clogged causing it to run rough or choke out. If you use the set screw, turn all the way in counting how many turns, slowly back it out.

There are usually two "set" screws just below the carburetor, one for idle speed, and one for max rpm. Adjust both accordingly to achieve optimum idle and high end power.

First, you must remove the air filter, and make sure it is clear of debris. Then use a small wrench to adjust the carbs low speed needle.
