How do you go about accepting change?

You must realize that the people, places and things around you will change constantly. Going at your own pace no matter what anyone else says will help you best in accepting change.

I feel challenged, and motivated to interact with the new environment, or circumstances. I like part of it and other part I don't if it is going to change too much, and I will have to rewire myself I think I will not like it. I accept change if it's gradually.

There are valid reasons for feeling anxious. Being aware of your feelings is a good start. Something that works for me is imagining 'the worst thing that could happen' and then I realize that it's not that big a deal and I could handle it.
