Ringwork is not caused by an animal or worm, it's caused by a fungus that appears in a ring-shape irritated place on your skin. Use an anti-fungal ointment, massaging it onto the irritated skin. Look for cremes/lotions specifically marked 'anti-fungal', such as for athlete's foot.

Ringworm is a fungal infection which is contagious. It looks like a ring pattern but can also be a red rash. This can be treated with topical antifungal creams and ointments. You can try Lamisil, Tinactin, or Nizoral and apply for a week.
