How do you get rid of morning sickness?

I just can't throw up anymore. It's too much.

Ginger and Vitamin B12 are the best remedies to morning sickness. If the prenatal is causing you to feel extra nauseated, consider switching to two Flinstones chewable vitamins instead. This is reported to go down and stay down!

There are some OTC anti-nausea medications that can be effective, however, most of these aren't much more than corn syrup. I would suggest taking a teaspoon of syrup or sugar. If that doesn't help, try sucking on ice chips with a little salt sprinkled on them.

The only advice I have is to eat a banana the second you wake up in the morning. Perhaps, even keep one right beside the bed in order to eat it immediately. I'm sure there are other ways, but this is what I've found to work.
